Maxine & Ally. I had a delivery today of some more things for the Glow Car!!! Anyway, just thought i would say that Max, you need to sign yourself on to the Glow Car Parade for the Saturday Evening. Get yourself booked in during the day on the saturday at the main club stand, in the 'improvised' category. I have 100 glow stick bracelets with connectors for you and Ally and kathryn to cover your car with. I'll bring some masking tape so you can stick them on. You can then join me for the parade and we really can be Mr & Mrs Chav!!!

I'm SO busy with the last few days of work and all that. IF I manage to get a chance tomorrow I will get it all sorted, with any luck!

Our challenge team is still showing a requirement for four more people... Have I missed anyone off or do we need to have a last minute recruitment campaign? If we don't have a full team, we won't be able to take part!

Max, you have left it a bit late. You will struggle to get your advance application in on time through Emma. You will need to book your tickets/curry/camping ASAP via the HMC website http://www.heritage-motor-centre.co.uk/shop/admission-tickets/event-tickets-for-2008/mgfest08/index.html

As for competition entry, you will probably just have to sign up on the day.

Rich, I have a feeling the team games is now only 6 people. So, if you add me to the list, and then we can press gang for someone else over the weekend. Definitely enter us, and we will make sure we have enough people.

Also, not sure if you want to respond to AndyP about Human Resources. I'm not sure any of the other SMS volunteers names are down, and looking at it he could probably do with some. I have already notified him that Ally is running the Reverse Steer, and he already has Lee down. Will be workth letting him know about the details for Paul & Max.

Prob because it's Adobe - If memory serves me correctly - that was for printing out and sending off to them. I booked on the Heritage website

Marcus. Not so sure about a 'stand'!!! We have a display which is being made up of the 5 charcoal cars for our special theme. Alll the others park just near by in the MGF/TF parking area. If you are camping, then look out for the biggest dome tent in the campsite (5.6m x 5.3m !!!!!) and Maxines Pink tent, and that will be us! We will save you a space near us if we can. There will be marshalls around who can direct you, but might also be worth making a note of our phone numbers which members can see in the contacts part of the forum. See you Saturday!

So what happened to the regional paddock idea then? Another thing that changed when I wasn't looking. I thought our 'Charcoal to chavness' display was to be at the front of it... Oh well.

I've done the signs for each car and I'm quite pleased with them. The only thing is I don't know if anyone else has done anything. I can't remember who was in charge of our display, but if we've only got the signs, we need to work fast. Perhaps someone can get some red, cream (if they do them) and black balloons. I've searched t'interweb for burberry bunting but to no avail. Any other last minute ideas?
