4! I guess we know what all your family are getting for Christmas then... As you've done such a grand order, I might just do you a planner too, although it was supposed to be a special thing Ally & Nick...

Re: My annual brilliant idea
Ok, so I have the artwork, and am just sorting this out to be printed up. These are high quality A3 calendars. Unfortunately we have missed out on any discounts so the selling price will be £14. However, the minimum order quantity is 25
It leaves me a bit stuck to make the order and take the risk. Therefore, please can we get the number reserved up a bit. I need to know we have sold at least 17 before I am prepared to place the order.
Current list of names is HERE!

Re: My annual brilliant idea
just out of interest depending on what numbers we get back this week, is it worth advertising it further a field? Maybe putting it on F Reg if we are still numbers short!

Re: My annual brilliant idea
That wouldn't go down too well, as Stewart is currently getting the MGF Register calendar printed too! Conflicting interests...
Anyhow, we only need 7 more calendars to sell to guarantee Stew's finances are covered. Once they are out, I'm sure we would sell the rest with no problem. After all, it's only November!

Re: My annual brilliant idea
Do I assume the artworks were ok for that size then? That's good news. However, how much would they be if we dropped down to A4 size? I don't want to, but we are trying to raise some money for Dee's charity too and people may buy more than one if the price is right. If, by some miracle, we managed to sell all 25, would another batch cost the same?scubastewart wrote:Ok, so I have the artwork, and am just sorting this out to be printed up. Mind you, Dave D said he may have 7 when I was chatting to him on Saturday. That would sort us out on the first batch!!!!

Re: My annual brilliant idea
Looks like they are to me, but proof will be with me in next couple of days. A4 would only be £2 cheaper than A3. All 25 would need to be either A3 or A4, not a mix. Second batch would be exactly the same price.Rich Stone wrote:

Great to see you back here Lee. I hope you're managing to work stuff out for the better. Are you going to make it to the pub meeting this weekend?
Dave, I hope you're serious wanting 7... That's just confirmed the order can go ahead and Stewart won't be left in debt!
Thanks to all who have ordered. This almost didn't happen... But now it is!!!!

Re: My annual brilliant idea
Great news.
Well, the proof has arrived for me at Kimber House, but I can't get down there to check it! So, I'm trusting Andy Knott to give me his opinion and then I will place the order. I'll try to have them for this weekends pub meet but I can't promise anything!
