Bad news guys... I won't be able to make MGLive after all. I had completely forgotten about a family commitment that I cannot get out of. I am seriously gutted as I've been going to Silverstone for many years and always love it. Crying or Very sad

Especially an apology to Seb as I was going to be driving down with him. Sad

All I can say is everybody have a great time and take loads of pics. I'd love a write-up for the website too, which will hopefullyhave the 'new look' updates finished very shortly. The turnout from SmS is usually very good and this year looks to be the same.

Sorry to see you wont be making it this year mate.

I'll try and remember to get my camera charged and get some photos, as it sounds like all that Daved will be getting photos of is the MGB car park!

My wife's doing the circuit tour on the saturday and so is Mikes wife Michaela , I think you have to pre book , but not 100% sure, I know it was £15 which is value in my opinion.

Went to Silverstone today with my old man and had a brillint day!

There was everything there from John Deere Tractors to MG SVR's! Bumped into a few familiar faces throughout the day and even watched some great MG races on the track.

I have to say I am very impressed with the one off design of the MGCC Star Car. excellent choice of colours!

I could have spent about £50,000 in the MGF Centre stand, however, my old man helped me keep my wallet in my pocket!

Wish I'd have had more time avaliable this weekend to camp over and make a full weekend of it but maybe I'll do it next year!

I took lots of pictures so will get them uploaded soon so everyone can see!

Spent the morning looking round saw a few friendly faces,
and managed to keep my hands in my pocket(lots of ideas for my wish list though!! Very Happy )
Watched the racing in the afternoon, taking photos and top down drive home what more can you ask.

weekend next year i think Smile

For those of you that came to MGLive! I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did! If you didn’t come, you missed a cracking event, so make sure you come along next year!

There was a HUGE turnout of Zeds as you can see below:

Also, a big thank you to Lunar Racing for loaning the ZR/ZS/ZT Register the MG ZS Britcar for the main Register display.

Oh, and don’t forget that the DVD will be out for September…

Ummm..... a new rear badge and I ordered a new rear bumper which is currently getting painted to replace my scratched, one at last. That means I will have 3 spares!
So if anyone needs a charcoal or an anthracite F bumper I have one tucked away. I guess my ebay account will be busy again. Laughing

You could always bring one to MG Saloon Day... You never know who may be interested. I'm going to take my spare steering wheel, just in case anyone wants to make me an offer!
