Ally - You must know where your parents hide your birthday presents by now...surely you can carefully unwrap the box and replace them with your orange ones without them knowing?!?!? but dont foret to act surprised when you open them again!
I don't think its going to be a problem - seeing as they live in Devon and i live in Bucks!!
Good deal though - £50.25 for the full clear light set - Sussex Classic car parts. I now have a spare set of side repeaters if anyone needs them!

Re: Lights are here
If they live in Devon you should be out there changing them over as we speak!!
That is a good deal! be careful swapping them over as like i have said before the clips do get brittle and snap off! Mine are currently held on with cable ties!
Sell the old ones on evil bay, someone will have them!

Re: Lights are here
Iv always thought chrome sparkly bits are one of the harded parts to fit to new cars. Like chrome lights, if they not on the right car they stand out to much but other cars they can look smart, i'v always thought things like this are a "each to there own" part.
Those lights do look smart imo tho

Couldn't find the actual pic I was looking for but here are a couple for you to gaze at...
Smoked lights:
Chrome lights (with standard TF lights in the background!):
Both the same design but very different appearance!

Re: Lights are here
Seb, Lee & I got them from The Z Warehouse but I don't know if they have any left. But they are easy enough to find elsewhere, but probably not as cheap!

Re: Lights are here
i love my 'lexus style' chromey lights, but get a lot of grief from people who dont like them, its up to you what you think looks best. I think shiney on light coloured cars, tinted/smoked/dark on darker cars.
To avoid the fried egg look i got the bluey silver looking indicator bulbs from halfrauds, £6.99 each but well worth it on a TB car with clear rear clusters - would look great on purple too.

Re: Lights are here
I agree with you that certain ones suit certain colours better!
A dark car with a very silvery btight type light means they stand out a little too much, so smoked works better.
Then there are cerain cars where both would work, i think Red is one colour, where you could get away with either
Your blue means the lights compliment it well!

I disagree - I like the contrast of silver against dark! If I did change my rear lights - I'd go for chrome instead of black.
