That felt good....
Not fired up Shaggy for a while, but thought I would take it out for a spin today, and so reconnected the battery and he started first time, and what a sound.... I just sat there blipping the throttle for about 10 mins enjoying the beautiful noise it makes! Then out for a spin, and I was loving it!
When I got back, and the engine was nice and warm, I thought I would see how long a track of rubber I could leave on the road to my house!!! From a standing start, took the revs to 5000, and straight off the clutch.... holding the revs high, and the backend twitching all over the place, finally I got grip! Two perfect black parrallel lines, and the length of them.... 22 metres!
Anyway, Shaggy is parked up again, and I'm looking forward to the next nice winters day when I can take him out for a spin!
P.s. I still have those rubbish old tyres that were on Kathryns car, so I need the excuse to wear them out so that I need to get 4 new ones for my black TF 11 spokes!!!!

You are SUCH a boy!!!!!!!!!!
I'm a fine one to talk - did some more off roading today!!! I went to clip a horse for soemone - the yard is at the end of a long muddy track!! All the holes have been repaired since I last went up there - so I cranked it up a bit, and drove through all the muddiest puddles I could find!!! It's a dirt track, so was a bit slippery - but nothing to hit, so I had a lovely time slithering around!!
Wriggly definitely enjoys pretending to be a Land Rover
Might need a bit of a wipe over with a damp cloth though!!
