Can I throw in another option???
I think your car would really suit silver.

i was thinking silver but then you would lose the MG badge on the caliper - it would become invisible! Also with Silver aloys wont really stand out.

But what about silver with black logo? Easily done, and would help with that 'stealth look'. A nice subtle enhancement. I think they would still be noticable, without being so 'in your face' as the red.
And yes, I do have red calipers myself, but I'm clearly not going for the stealth look with my car!!!

are yes you have a point!! it may well work actually they use silver on the Clio 197 i'll just have to get out the fine pait brush from my old airfix sets to paint the black on the MG logo!

Re: Brake Calipers - thinking ahead
another way you could try is to sprsy the logo first let it dry then cit masking tape to cover the logo, and spray thr second cover on? i always find spraying gives a much smother and even finnish than hand brushing

Paul, I've added Silver for you!
DaveD, you should be able to 'Cancel' your vote, and then you can do it again as silver if that's the one you would go for.

I used hammered effect silver - looks kind of titanium in colour, they looked great until they got covered in brake dust!
