It'd be good if we could meet close beforehand so we can all park together. I'm staying at a friend's house on Saturday evening so won't be doing a run-I'll go straight up the A1.

Marcus do you fancy convoying up together as I'm heading up from Stevenage? Could meet at Baldcock?

8.30am is the time for those helping to set up. If you're just visiting for the day (hope not, we need volunteers!) you can arrive a little later. There is an area just inside the entrance if you want to gather there. As it's sort of our event you won't have to worry about space. SmS will have plenty of space for our members... Just be there before 10am!

Rich, can I pay on the gate or do I need to purchase a ticket in advance?

It's all on the gate. We didn't have pre-booked tickets, just road run entries. Just £6 per car and occupants, the standard park fee, so excellent value for money'Captain Slow wrote:Rich, can I pay on the gate or do I need to purchase a ticket in advance?

Good stuff. What time did you want the hired help to be there? I'll see if I can rise early enough (depending on how much I've had to drink!).

Great to see you guys there, it was good to catch up. Even the 4 seasons in one day weather kept us entertained. As usual some great cars, shame there werent a few more, but hopefully still a decent amount raised for Make-a-Wish.
Oh and Tony and Rich thanks for finally sorting a name for my F. She is now known as Banshee
Catch up with you all soon, and Rich hope you have a good holiday mate.

Thanks largely to a very generous donation from the MGZR crew, the total being forwarded to Make-A-Wish will be £440.
Nick, it was an off the cuff comment about your car wailing like a banshee that lead to the name being suggested. Anyone who doubts it's suitability only has to sit behind you on a run for a while.
