May just get the part and wait will spring, its not work for last 4 months another few months won't hurt!

I assume you've swapped the switches over to check it's not them that's the problem? If you need a tf window switch I have one knocking around in my box of bits you can have...

no its not the switch! The motor started off by getting slower and slower until it finaly packed up!

Sorry to hear that mate. IIRC the mechanism is a rover 400 rear door mech, with swapped sides ie the OS 400 mech is the NS MGF mech. I could be wrong (usually I am!) but have that somewhere in the recess' of my mind ... might lead to a cheaper source of a motor for you.
