window not working

tried to lower my passenger window to sort out why it over runs/fouls on the rubber, but the window didn't come down?

Took the door card off, checked the switch, the mechanism comes down but doesn't bring the window with it.
ive had a look and the centarl bar seems abit loose also the two white plastic lugs that hold the window in place are broken - if that makes sense.

Does anyone know how to fix??

You need to replace the plastic holders/lugs that attach the glass to the mechanism, otheriwse the window glass wil not move when the mechanism is operated

The 2 plastic fitting are bonded to the glass, you want to use something like TigerSeal or Araldite to stick the plastic lugs onto the window glass and leave to set for a good hour befor attempted to refit into the door with the mechanism etc.
