What fuses/relays could stop a fuel pump starting?

I've got a on going problem with getting my car started, so I though I would go back to basics to find what fuses/ relays could stop the fuel pump priming/ car starting.




Can someone provide me with a list, mine is a 53 plate 1.8t 75 tourer.

Mate , it's Rover there seems to be at least 3 different types of set up and I bet they also made cars that are more than one type
