Re: Busy on Ebay!
The auctions i put on ebay have ended!
Not too impressed, someone has got themselves a nice little bargain with these!
My wheels went for £77.....and with 4 decent tyres!
The centre console only went for £15 including the Mrk1 Clock and oil guage!
Bl**dy credit crunch!!!

Re: Busy on Ebay!
I'm surprised you didn't put a reserve on, especially the wheels! And the centre console went for a bargain. You usually pay above that for a clean centre console without the guages. Perhaps you should have split the clock/guage and sold them seperately. I suppose it all depends on how much you needed the dosh. After all, you laid out loads on SmS calendars!!!!Seb wrote:My wheels went for £77.....and with 4 decent tyres!

Yeah sometimes reserves put people off though. I wasnt sure how much I could get for the wheels either as they are a custom finish.
Yeah i'm not that fussed about the clock/guage i just wanted them out of my shed!
ha ha the calendar money went to a good cause so i'm not fussed about that, also i know i the calendars will be well appreciated to the people who get them at christmas!
I'm now going to sell more stuff if people are interested?
Have a look HERE...

Re: Busy on Ebay!
I have just met the bloke who bought my wheels on ebay and thought it would be a good idea to give him a black & White SMS flyer at the same time ....... That was until I asked him if he had a MGF or TF and he replied 'I have neither, these wheels are going on my Triumph!!!!!!'

Re: Busy on Ebay!
I didn't know they even fitted on a Triumph. Do you know which model? I thought it was just F/TFs and Maestro/Montegos. Every day's a school day!
