I'm bored at work too but still got loads to do today and tomorrow morning. I'll be finishing just after 1pm tomorrow and then not gracing their doors until January 4th! Very Happy

Hey, how about we have a 'show off your pressies' pub meeting on the second weekend of January? That'll cheer us all up after Christmas is over! The Globe at Linslade, weather permitting... If there's one or two of you interested, I'll start a 'proper' thread...

Today is my final day until Jan 4th, which I suppose is a good thing. Boss gave me Xmas eve off after it took me 7 hours to deliver a car back and get home on Monday night. Bored! Icon_biggrin

Meet sounds good, although I'm not going to be receiving many car based presents! The only thing the car is getting is something I've bought it myself-a pair of Rover 45 headlamps with clear indicators-nice little job to do at work over Christmas when the shop is quiet.

I think I've become an expert at removing Rover 45/ZS front bumpers, but it's not too hard. It's a shame so much has to come off just to change the lights!

So you're de-oranging then... Get ready for the '45 lookalike' comments... but personally I think the car will look so much better, and that's not because I've got a 45. I could never work out why any of them were orange. Looking forward to seeing the clears on yours...

Mine's looking more like a ZS now but the Rover badges are staying... 'cos above all, it's a Rover! Wait for the meeting to see what I've been up to... Twisted Evil

Ironically, seeing a Rover 200 BRM that had been de-tangoed made my mind up-it looked spot on!

I've had the bumper off already once before to fit my ITG kit, it's not too bad although a pain to undo bolts and then catch the bumper if there's only you. A job made much easier by using a workshop lift. Bored! Icon_smile

Had the front bumper off my ZS a few times while the car was parked on the drive. The screws hidden in the wheel arches were the worst. I used to put a sheet on the ground to drop it onto to save any scratches.
