Front Splitter

Hi folks, at the ACR south simms car park was having a chat with some of the guys sorry cant remember name dude...! but was given some advice on splitters and was suggested that the seat verion would fit the TF is this the one ..

Yup, loads of TF ers have done it, requires a tiny bit of modification. On the ACR run Debs had one on the front of her blue Nitrous powered TF.
I wouldnt buy it off that auction as it's only about £20 brand new from Seat
Looks great! good to catch up with you at South Mimms by the way.

Yup mate been on your site, very good really impressive set up, I havent signed the guest book yet though!

Hello Nick , well ikm the proud owner of a TF with a splitter.....yeahh...! found seat dealer, located dachet 8 miles away just before windsor J5 M4... £21.59 inc...

few cuts involved , looks good but have not used the MG since friday so still got all the frost /due marks all over the car ...... needs a good clean up .. will take a look at the wheels feel a bit cheeky throwing a price in but dont ask dont gey I supppose

Quite a versatile splitter that. There are loads of ZSs with exactly the same one on. Seat did MG a great favour making it such a flexible shape!

It does look nice on it has funny enough made it look better , but what exactly does it do....? trying to explain to my neighbour..!

Basically it reduces the front end lift of the car at speed (stops it feeling as light or drifty), it's not as dramatic a difference as fitting one to an F as the TF had better front aerodynamics.
Oh and it makes the car look cool....very important that Laughing
