Another thumbs up for...Halfords o_O

I managed to snap the knuckle on my breaker bar, so nipped doen just to try and find a replafement to buy. Ive had it a couple of years and it did get abused to be fair.

A member of staff came over out of the blue, he just said thats not good enough, took me over to the parts counter and replaced it for a brand new bar with no charge.

This was halfords on riverside

To be honest, theyve always been pretty good to me in there. I am a bit of a regular with my trusty trade card.

Thats a first, they usually play a face when you try to get broken tools repaired/replaced when asking even thought you can clearly see if says Halfords on them as who keeps a receipt from months/years back
