So My old Halfords 3 year guaranteed battery packed up after only a year and a bit....I had accidentally left the bootlight on a while back and it drained and never recharged properly. Anyway I went in today and they tested it and said yes it's knackered....now I havent got the receipt, but the guy there recognised me and after trying and failing to track down the transction still replaced the duff battery with a new one for me as a one off jesture, though he couldnt give me a receipt for it.

Basically they applied common sense and provided excellent customer service to me so good on you Halfords Daventry.

Can't argue with that mate must admit Halfords customer service has always been reasonable from where I stand; certainly better than some places on the high street.
