He hasn't got a reserve on eBay though and as it's currently only £770 it may well go for less than the AutoTrader price... Worth keeping an eye on I would say...
And I'm sure it wouldn't be left as it is Trev. I know you have plans!

If you plan on keeping the car for a while Trev then its worth it but only at the right price.
The rear quarters appear fine in the pictures as I can't see any bad distortion in them as fingers crossed it is just the rear panel that has folded(slight distortion on the corner of the offside rear quarter under the lamp maybe). Depending on the extent of the damage you will need to get that pulled out and then you can see if you just need to cut out the rear panel and weld a new one in or the complete boot well panels also.
Thing with vehicle damage it may not look that bad on the outside but once you start to remove exterior panels/skins to replace you may find that its alot worse under neath and can find yourself getting into more trouble and cost with it.

It is very much a buyers market at the moment and there seem to be lots of bargains out there. I would wait for something better to come up.
As Matt says, the problem with crash damage is you really don't know what you are up against untill you strip it down.

Bid him £400 , see if he will take it, then worst comes to worst you can always get you money back by breaking it. In fact if you paid £850 you could get your money back!!!

OK so this is top of the price range, but it's a black 160 with cream and wood interior..
