Anyone got a grease gun?

Just being cheeky really, if anyone has a grease gun and grease that they could bring along to the next meet on 8th june I'd be greatful. I need to grease the suspension points as it's not been done since I've had the car (nearly 2 years)

Annoyingly I know I have one somewhere, but for the life of me cant find it, I know it'll turn up 2 minutes after I splash out £20 on a new one, hence why I'm after a loaner.

I've never done the grease points, but believe its simple and doesnt require removal of the wheels so hopefully I can top it up in the car park and let you have it back.

Hey Nick you been reading that thread on the Org by any chance. I may have a grease gun by mext meet if i get time to get it as i need to do mine too so i will bring it if i have.... other than that if anyone else does have one would be handy!!!

Yup have been on .org , TBH I've been meaning to do it for about 6 months (since my big service), but keep forgetting, so now I've put it on here I have no excuse for not doing it / forgetting

Last I heard, the TF didn't have grease nipples.... So not sure what you're greasing!

Done mine a couple of times.

The early 'F's have one nipple each side. Easy to get to but they always seem to be pointing away from you!

So, unless you have a flexi hose grease gun it is a bit more awkward. Not all that difficult however.

I've been meaning to do my nipples for a while, I think they have got a bit dry and squeaky! I've never checked out where or how, but it's on my list! Perhaps we could have a nipple greasing session in the pub car park at the next pub meet, we just need someone to bring along their tool with the flexible shaft!
