I know you are all probably going to howl with laughter, but I have an odd question!

Has anyone come down the sliproad onto the A40 from Wheatley (the Asda one - not the main Wheatley one) and noticed anything odd?

I went down it on Thursday last week, and nearly had heart failure because the car felt like it was wobbling from side to side.. spent the rest of the journey home worrying about my wheels falling off, or similar disaster, but the car was fine.
Did it on Friday, and I swear it wobbled again, at exactly the same bit, and then again today. It's gotta be that bit of road - it's a very weird sensation!

Not been down that one for ages, but came off that one, and got on the other side with the big curly one earlier today, and no probs.

Just love that charactor......I remember as a kid, Jack Frost, Rupert.

I walked into a bar in Aus about ten years ago with a Rupert scarf on. (one goes through these odd periods. I do anyway) ha, so, I was nearly thrown out of the pub, no really, the barman was all set to climb over the counter and plant me until my friend (mates wife) said,' Dave, lets get out of here. Never forgot that. Bit macho some of them. Spent many happy years there with the Sydney MGCC in the sixties though.

You should try it - it's quite a thrill!!

The big curly one nearly caught me out the first time I came up it - was hammering along the A40 and swung off a bit casually - only to find myself rapidly running out of road!!

Maybe my wheels ARE about to fall off!!

Didn't notice it tonight, but was concentrating very hard on keeping the bloody thing going in a straight line! Very blowy drive home - I opted for the slow lane and a firm grip on the steering wheel! Bit hairy in a few places!

Just as well you didn't have the hood down, it REALY would have blown your hair about.

Blowing a virtual gale around here, whistling through the trees.

Couple of days ago I thought spring may have started, how wrong can you be?

I did think at one point that having the roof down might make the car a bit more stable!!! Gusts of wind getting in the gaps and turning the hood into a parachute!!!

Amazing how many lightweight sports cars there were in the left hand lane tonight, proceeding with extreme caution!!
