Stu - Any news on the Star Car draw mate? what time is the result???

Yes, there is news. The final draw will be at the NEC, but yesterday, Don Hayter went into KH to do the initial one. They decided to draw just 5 cards, and then only 5 people will be in the final draw at the NEC.

First 5 cards out, and none of them were mine....

However, they then pulled out another 5 cards and one of those was mine! The plan is they are checking the first 5 to check they are all valid entries, and any which aren't will be replaced with ones from the second 5. I know that 1 of the first 5 was not valid! The address on it was the same as the members!

So, I might be in with a chance still, but just waiting to hear!

I'm a bit disappointed that with all the ones I have in there that I didn't do better than that, but that's the way it goes, all down to luck!

thats a bit of bad news realyl then Stew!!! Such a shame!! i thought with all your entries you stood the better chance of winning.

So does this mean we're on the lookout for a nice MGB if luck doesn't work?
