Not more bad news?
Ok folks. Need some more advice. My rear plastic screen cracked this morning. Well after some tears I thought I would seek help from the group. Can they be repaired or am I looking at an expensive replacement?

Re: Not more bad news?
You have options...
Firstly, yes it can be repaired. The whole back window section is removable and this is where the options come in. You can either have new clear plastic put in, or source a complete window section either new or second hand from somewhere like eBay or go for a real glass heated window. The glass window is what I'm planning for mine as I'm not a fan of hardtops but I do want the option of decent weather protection when it's needed and still have a clear view out of the back. So it all depends on budget. If you're coming to the meet this Thursday, you can see the various options on other members' cars. In the meantime, unless you're in a mad hurry, sellotape is good!
Seriously, here are a couple of useful links...
There's someone who can fit one for you in Peterborough for £89 on eBay - Click HERE.
There's a selection of complete hoods and screens HERE.
And the one I'm currently looking at is HERE.
Hope that helps a little...
