I've been toying with the idea of changing to LEDs for my interior (as I have a few quid left in my paypal account). Does anyone have a list of what I'll need for a MGF conversion for instrument biannacle , footwell and rear view mirrors, any help much appreciated

To be honest if i had the money right now i'd do it all at once! But i want some Boxr hoops and wind break from Mike Satur!!! In black of course, no shiney bling for me mines going Stealth!!! - just need to save, so could be next year by time i get them with how things are going!

Marcus can help with the bulbs you need - aas he has done his!

Now that Moira has bought me Trophy Blue mats, I was thinking of the blue LED thingy too. Should we get a hold of Marcus and/or Stu and any more of us who want to do this, get togetehr and do them all at once?

Sounds like an idea dave, clearly we'd have to fit them at dusk so we could check out how they look once it got dark
I've been looking and its the number of LEDS per bulb etc that I'd need advice on too as I believe some have more than others and want to make sure I can still see things.

How about doing it at the next pub meeting? Hopefully, it'll be good weather now Summer is here (!).

I've done the footwell and mirror lights with high brightness white LEDs and they are amazingly different. You can actually see stuff inside the car with them! The only thing I did with the instruments and switches was de-orange them. No LEDs there yet and I probably won't bother as I like them dimmed down anyway and I don't do too much night driving so they would be wasted...

Didn't ask him to flash his LEDS as he left though!! If you knew the grief I'd been getting ever since! I tried putting my hazards on and flashing my headlights a few times last night last night - but he looked at me as if i'd grown another head and told me I was a big fat loser!!!

I've already seen it! He has produced a series of designs - I think it's a heavily modified post office van!
