Pride of Longbridge Rally - 12th April 2014

Once again, The Pride of Longbridge Rally features on our calendar. This year it's on Saturday 12th April. Any Longbridge produced vehicles are very welcome, and also makes from the BMC to MG Rover era.

We shall again have a club display so please put your name down if you wish to join us.

The Northants/MK convoy will meet up at the Buddies Car park, Old Stratford (MK19 6AQ) for departure at 8.15am (an early one!). If anyone is making their own way there but would like to reserve a space in our display area, please add your name to the thread.

Could always go over to the Brampton hut services on the A14 & join the rover 75 lot for some breakfast then run up to crofton park with them (but I am biased)😀😀

  Mwaahaaa so Ive booked the Trophy in for a Z&F remap at POL   

Still waiting for my old exhaust back so I'm rocking the DTM exhaust, should wake a few people up!

Why not go for the map Stuart and I have got? The full works performance wise and a controllable pop and gurgle. Drive round at under 3000rpm for a smooth run, but open it up and have a nice gurgle on deceleration with the occasional pop but not enough to make it sound like it's just got a bad misfire! Originally I had a max performance, minimum noise map but after hearing Stuart's car Mark changed it for no additional fee. He's a good lad! And what a coincidence... Nice pic on the calendar for April...   

 
Anyhow, back onto subject. I've been emailed a plan for the PoL site and we've been left off! I'm giving them a shout this evening to see if I can rectify this...

Frantically trying to get up to speed at work- to attend this.

The ZS only did 669 miles last year and needs to get out more   

Haven't been to POL since '06 when we parked in Powertrain car park!

It's been decided to cancel the convoy as some can't make it and others are making their own way there. However, Nick and I will be meeting up outside Intapart in Daventry at around 8:30am if you wish to join us.
