mgf back tomorrow

im back, not been on latley as my poor mgf has been in hosp , after that cold weather we had xmas time i tyred starting up the mgf in my garage where it was parked up during the bad weather and found it wouldn't start, 1st of all i thought it was just the batt or the starter motor, and then found all the water had drained into the oil and it was hydrolicing the frigging head gaskit had gone . so decided to get anouther engine which a freind of mine did , also all the body work is now all done and hopefully i get it back tomorrow. cant wait .

Sorry to hear about that Carl, glad you got it sorted though, and having the body work done too, it must be looking (and with the quad Milltek sounding) fantastic. Glad to have another MGR on the roads around Dav again, let me know if you're planning on heading out for the Northants pub meet next thursday night.
You could come along to the rolling road next wednesday and see what the new engine's putting out?

its back and im loving it , its def a head turner now a lovely shine on it. and the engine just purrs. sorry couldn't do them meets nick i was working the late shift,but im on the morn shift this wk : ). im gona take some pics tomorrow and i'll post em up.
