MoT'd For Another Year
The TF got through its re-test yesterday so it's safe to drive for another year.
It failed only on the nearside rear brake pipe badly corroded. Souls quoted me 190 pounds to replace it but I got it sorted for 80 at BB where I had it serviced last. Cost me a bit more in petrol but I still saved 100 quid!
Although of course, if it had passed without problem I would have spent nothing, it seemed perfectly reasonable to me that I had just saved myself 100 so I spent it on a Pipercross Venom to replace the cheapy cone filter I currently have on.
Anyone see a flaw in that logic? Seems fine to me
Cheers
Steve
