temp guage slow to warm up - ideas? Empty temp guage slow to warm up - ideas?

My temp guage seems to be slow to rise, not like the old days of one notch below half way after 2 minutes of running, it now takes 15 miles of driving to get there.

I suspect it's a sticky thermostat, but I'm hoping it's something simpler....oil water etc all fine so I dont think it's HGF Laughing

Any thoughts appreciated...

Nick, temp sensor? I believe there are two one for temp and one for the guage.Is there any noticable change in driving/running? thermostat a possibilty.

is it not just that it is getting colder? Mine has been doing the same lately i put it down to lower air temps.
