Castle Combe Zed Register Meeting - 25th October 2008

The Stroke Association event ‘Supercar Saturday’ at Castle Combe will be commencing at 9.00am, entry is £5.00 (under 16s FREE). Rides of several laps around the circuit start from £30 (including the use of a helmet) with the proceeds going to the association.

The following cars and drivers will be attending:

Anthony Reid – British Touring Car Champion & Works BTCC MG Driver
Paul Luti – MGCC MG Trophy– Dreadnought MG ZT 520
Peter Burchill – MGCC Peter Best Insurance Challenge – Lunar Racing MG ZS 180

There will be a dedicated ‘Zed’ parking area adjoining several MG ZT V8s from the ‘260s’ group. There will be ZR/ZS/ZT Register committee meeting during the day and selection of ‘Zed Register’ regalia will also be available.

All MGs welcome - so not just the SmS Zeds!

Anyway, I believe Shire (Matt) is coming (he's posted on theMGZR.co.uk).

Hopefully some others can come and it's not just Zeds, so all you Fs & TFs are welcome too

Even though F's & TF's are welcome, I'm still looking forward to coming along in KITT! Be nice to go somewhere and still be able to hear at the end of the journey!

Great event at Castle Combe today Fantastic cars on show, including Peter Burchill's Lunar racing MG ZS 180 and Dreadnought's MG ZT 520 (which sadly had to retire early due to engine problems). I think Stewart enjoyed his ride in KITT and did a great job of MCing the event. Here are some photos:
