I pass him every day - and he always waves and smiles. Really needs to be an SMS member (If he isn't already) but I can't really chuck him a flyer when we're both doing 70 in opposite directions.

Anyone know it - Think it's BRG with a tan roof. Driver is male, dark hair and what looks like a goatee.
