Hi all sorry I have been a bit quiet lately and missed the MGM Saloon Day I have had my hands full, literally.



Oliver Thomas was born on the 10 July a week late and weighed a mighty 6lb 4 1/2 oz. It’s amazing how much time you have to dedicate to such a little person!


If everything goes to plan I shall hopefully be allowed out to Fest on the Saturday to catch up with people.

No MGCC Baby grow unfortunatly!! I tried finding one on Google with no luck but I will continue my search in the hope that Oliver will be sporting and MG baby grow for the pub meet at the Rose Revived on 10 August.

Yep probably be the ZR. Still trying to sell the ZS, no interest what-so-ever, dropped the price yet again!!

I think that's probably a reflection of the times rather than the car. Maybe if you brought it to the meet you might find a potential buyer?

I disagree - the trouble starts at 10 years old, when their legs are just long enough to reach the pedals, and they can't understand why you won't let them have a go round an empty carpark!!

Thank you all for your posts. I'm really enjoying being a Dad, the only problem is I have to grow up now and act all responsible- and no he is never, ever, ever having the keys to any of my cars. Hopefully we'll be able to come to the Rose Revived meet in August.

Stew if you want to pick up the Star Car and take it along that should be fine. The exhaust is blowing a bit it, you should be use to that though . Oh by the way when you come to Kimber House try not to park under my office window if it's open, I almost passed out from the fumes from your car .

Back on topic(ish) I was chatting to the guys from mgf.be at MGFest, in their range of regalia they do a Baby Grow!! He's sending one across to me. I don't think it will be here in time for the August 10 meet
