My car (it has no name) has failed its MOT today, so it's stopping out for a couple of nights. It needs nearside and off side top ball joints, and the emmisions were high.

My mechanic said when did I want it reeady for, I said Friday so I can make it to Silverstone International, so he's bumped his E-type rebuild by a day to get me back on the road...top bloke he is.
I think the emmisions is due to the 52mm throttle body needing setting as I never had it set up properly on a T4 after fitting it

In addition I'm having 4 wheel alignment, getting the suspension pumped, the alternator belt tightened and suspension greased (the last to are 'cause I'm being lazy, should really do it myself!)

So I have no clue what it'll cost, but I will be there on Saturday......fingers crossed.

It shouldn't need setting up on a T4! I bunged mine on and just made sure the cable was adjusted to the right point where it wasn't too slack but wan't pulling and it's worked fine.
