you know of any good exhaust kits that arnt stupid sized (no 20 millon inch backboxes like you see on vaxhall chavsa i mean corsa) and a good induction kit? and both of decent price

Re exhausts, I would recommend the Janspeed system, as it was developed with MG Sport & Racing and was the XPower aftermarket option (I have the duplex version on my 180). Remember that there is a difference between the Mk1 and Mk2 in these systems (the length of the tail pipe). For the induction, again for same reasons, I would go for an ITG system. However a lot of owners have the BMC CDA kit and swear by them and I believe K&N also have a kit for the ZS now too.

The insurance are refuseing to sell it back, they will put it on a website and sell it to traders there for 20% of the cars value, it will proably end up back on the road tho

That's just not right... But now you've accepted the pay-out which by all accounts wasn't that bad by what you've said, it's legally theirs to do with as they wish. Criminal!
