Didn't get the colour right either. That's supposed to be starlight silver. Sunstorm is yellow!

So what do you think is wrong with it? That's rather cheap for a '53 TF with only 29K on it. Marcus, are you thinking of buying a new vessel for the fleet?

Ah that's a Sunstorm LE they came in Silver or Black IIRC, the yellow colour is sunspot.... Nearly as crazy as the cool blue LE being silver as well

A tidy looking TF that, hopefully the new owner will want to find out where that sticker leads...

And I can now confirm that it is indeed Phil & Tracey's previous car... I remembered putting on the sticker and I've just found it on our website, here! S'pose it should come off now Phil has his 'F but you never know... a new member may want it back on!!!!

Ok, I'll let you off this time... It was Dave & Jenny's starlight silver TF I did the sticker on... I just remembered doing the first black one... and here is the evidence!

Well it didn't reach the reserve, even at £4,100. I wonder what the reserve actually was then...

There's a garage just round the corner from us that is selling an almost identical car (same model, colour, hardtop) but newer and lower mileage and it's on their forecourt for £4,250. Have a look here. I'm sure that wouldn't be the price you'd end up paying but if a dealer is advertising at that level, this particular eBayer may be being a little optimistic...

That or they dont really want to sell it ! If ever I had to sell mine (NB This would Never happen) I'd put a reserve of £20k just to make sure it stayed

I did actually send the seller a message asking why the starting price was so low and to ask why they were selling. Their reply was that they were a dealer!!!!
