Well finally managed to find my holy grail...........
...................a flame red offside wing!!!!!!
(Although its covered in a thin grit which seems reluctant to release itself from the paintwork)
But how do i remove the old wing from the car???
Haven't found a how-to so i can get started.

Re: Wings
I've never done the wing myself, but I think its remove bumper undo top bolts, remove wheel arch liner and the bolts into the a pillar (socket and extension required). you should figure out what has to be removed by looking at the bolt holes in the new wing.
ref the grit, well worth buying a meguires clay kit, that should lift it out of the paint safely.

Have a look here Seb. Apparently it's just four bolts! http://forums.mg-rover.org/showthread.php?t=305601&highlight=wing

Re: Wings
Going from what I remember, it is 4 bolts across the top, bumper off and 2 or 3 screws towards the front, then 2 bolts at the bottom by the door, a plastic lug at the top by the door, and a bolt on the bracket half way up by the door. You can do it removing the wheel arch liner, or like I did with a socket set and some very long extensions.
