Halfords paint works very well on really cheap shoes - I'm going to road test these ones for durability - then go crazy on other shoes I don't wear much! Might go to Halfords tomorrow to check out other colours!

And what a FAB idea! I'm selling shoes (old ones) on ebay at the moment, made £30ish in a few days, not too bad eh....I'm saving to travel Oz Woooo Hooooooo

What are you talking about Max - two coats of primer - sanded lightly with fine/medium paper in b etween coats, three thin cots of paint, another light sanding, then 2 coats of lacquer! I don't muck about with paint jobs!
