As some of our members and their other halfs have other modern (Longbridge) MGs or Rovers, I thought it may be good to have pictures of them as well as the original member's car registered with the club, so please feel free to send them to me and I'll add them to the gallery...

well i know where there is as authentic mini thats 30years old and only got 21k on the clock!!!!! are you listening now??? Interested in knowing more?

It was used at MG meets through the winter and carried the SMS magnet on the bonnet every time!

I ran a couple of Clubman's in the seventies and early eighties and really enjoyed them.

I'm gererally looking for additional pics from the MG-Rover range (the Longbridge variety). But I'm happy to include a section for classic MGs and Rovers too. So Dave, if you want to send me a good pic of your 'B, I'll be glad to include that. Still pondering on whether Stewart's Freebie should be allowed... Still, he may have another car that qualifies soon...!

yes i'll get some pics in in 2 weeks when i'm next in manchester its stored at the mo in my mates garage! Still got the original interior and its unmarked! Think the tyres are orginal too but a little knackered the rubber on the now!

Common nickname for a Freelander... although nothing about a Freelander is anywhere near a freebie! LRs can be expensive vehicles to run...

someone should have told my dad that before he got one!!! it lasted the whole of 2 months before he got rid, it cost more to run in petrol and maintainance than his porsche
