I'm not happy - I have a very sore arse. Went on a 7 mile bike ride with the kids from work today - LOADS of fun, but a VERY sore butt Sad

I didn't think to put them in when driving from home to work and then back again - I decided in my infinite wisdom that a summer dress would be appropriate attire for a day in the office!

I've made a clever mod to my rebel hood catch though - with a rubber band and some sellotape!!
