It's very exciting, even though the friend who picked it up and was going to help me fit it is too hungover to do anything useful at the moment! It is currently sitting in his garden - looking very nice!! Am hoping he gets his second wind today! I can't wait!!

Don't know yet - it's in his back garden, and Wriggly is parked outside my flat! On close inspection - I'd say it's definitely charcoal though!! I'm already thinking I need to buy myself a little paintsprayer to sort out the little bubbly bit (and the other aras of my car which require attention!)

Difficult to tell as it's covered in dust - but looks pretty close - the car it came off was a similar age.

I know -I didn't realise how bad the old one was til I saw the new one on - must have been a mighty big bum!!

All I need now is a tonneau cover and some red bits inside and it'll be beautiful!!

It took longer than I expected to make it fir nicely - had to take fittings off the old bonnet as well as the ones on the new one were a bit grotty - but it was worth it!!
