Two ways to fit it, the first is to fit an MGF(mk1) Cat or de-cat pipe so the exhaust can bolt straight on, then you just disconnect the secondary lambda sensor. The second way which would be best is to have the bend pipe of the new exhaust cut(wheres the seam join is on the centre of the straight) and the flange welded on so it can bolt straight to your cat.

What would you do mate, play with this exhaust or sell it and get a TF one???

Also got any idea of the cost of sorting it out the second way?

If I liked the exhaust and got it for a good price then I would make it fit, as I always do, recently bought another ZR160 Janspeed 4-2-1 along with a matching sports-cat that I wil be fitting to my new Metro.

I would cut and weld it for you for £30 but wont be able to for atleast a month. At a garage it shouldn't be more than an hr's labour to do it.

btw, think you have to cut the openings in the bumper out more for that exhaust, measure the width of the pipes and the hole in the bumper.
