Something that I would not have believed a few years ago happened today... My dad bought an MGF!
Shocked

It was a bargain price for a low mileage Nightfire Red 1.8i in pretty good condition and he's already given it a good clean and hoover out. I'm sure you would like to see some pics so I'll pop round with my camera when the weather improves... Oh, and it's already sporting the obligatory SmS stickers front and back...

bloody weather stopped me working today as I was planning on putting the tank and subframe back in the metro but found a patch of rot on the subby that had to be welded then it started raining so I could do no more. Hope its dry tomorrow so I can play and then you can sort some pics of the new beats out, as I don't want to wait till the mot to see it Smile

Colour is definitely Nightfire Red, but after a polish it's gleaming and looks alot lighter!

Red and black leather interior. Similar to Bomber Harris's car. The seats look far better 'in the flesh' so to speak and are extremely comfortable.

The back end, looking fine with the SmS sticker on the back! Not sure what the exhaust is. It's not a stainless steel system but it's not a standard one. The bore is larger and it has a subtle note that's louder than a stock MGF one.

I'm sure Graham would love your comments, but keep 'em clean! Cool
