Locking Wheel Nut Caps Empty Locking Wheel Nut Caps

I got a nail throught one of my goodyears on the way home from work on monday night!

As I've changed my wheels I decided to use the MGF locking wheel nuts with the silver caps that fit on top!

It took me about an hour to change my wheel (in the dark and rain) because i couldnt get the stupid little cap off? In the end i used two flat head screwdrivers to kind of lever it off, however this has slightly marked the wheel.

Does anyone know the correct procedure to remove these caps, in case it happens again in the furture??

Cheers

it's a kind of plastic cylinder with prongs at one end?? if that makes sense?

That's it Seb! Just push the end with the prongs onto the cap, it will click, and then pull!
