Welcome to SmS!

Hi Seb! Very pleased you decided to join the club and the forum and that sneaking up on you at Clifton-Lane to blast you with SmS banter didn't send you in the opposite direction!
Laughing

I've added you to the members' gallery on the website... At last, a new colour to our fold... The first Amaranth car to join us...
cheers

Rich.

Hi Seb and welcome, that's a really nice looking motor you have, it's amazing how just changing the front indicators to clear really makes that Amaranth 'sparkle'

I wont be at this months pub meet (I have a mates stag do that weekend) so I guess I'll meet you at MGFest if you're coming along?

Hi Seb

Do you use the A509 by any chance? I passed a car the same colour on Monday, I think it was and waved but the driver looked surprised Laughing

There is another amaranth 'F that parks in the Nene Valley Retail Park (near PC World) car park in Northampton most days, and it's been there for quite a few years. I've put a flyer on there a couple of times but had no response. Nice condition and totally standard. It even has the orange indicators still... I think it needs to be sold on to a real enthusiast!!!!

Ignore her Seb, she's a mad woman!

Ally, Seb's car looks great in the flesh. It's very clean and bulging with potential as the darkside beckons. And it's definitely not as sad as that one at 'Fest camping opposite us...

I wasn't dissing the car - I just thought the photo, with its artistic background, made it look like a dear little toy car!

Can't be as bad as the comments these guys made about mine - before I got a new bonnet, without buttcheek shaped dents in it!!

I just blurred out the background so the car stood out more. If you squint, you can make out Seb's street!

I never squint - it gives you wrinkles!
I didn't get a street in mine - or much blurring!! AND mine still has the buttcheek bonnet
Do we have a 'toys out of pram' emoticon?

Well let's put it this way. The owner is big on white. He had just about covered everything in his interior with white leather - seats, doors, dash, gearstick and handbrake gaitors. It didn't look bad from a distance... I have to admit, even though it definitely wasn't my taste, the work was carried out to a good standard... But white? What was he thinking?

Welcome Seb A7ad4f69

You can't see much in this pic, but I'll have a look at some other pics to see if there are any close-ups.

At least it wasn't charcoal - would have been criminal to deface the best colour!
