Where is everyone?

It's a bit quiet on here again...

What's everyone been up to recently? Any projects on the go, car related or otherwise? Or is everyone just buckling down to work and keeping their heads low until Christmas (there, I mentioned the dreaded C word...)?

Or is everyone breaking limbs or otherwise injuring themselves?

We are still around Richard but not much in Northampton of late. MG related club trips away then several Suffolk family stays, this weekend a few days with MGOC.

Carole recovering from a nasty cough that everyone seems to have at the moment.

Missed MGB 50, we were in deepest Wales minding a small farm for freinds,. Did go to London this weekend past to MGOC parts show at Sandown Park for a fix but really a show for restorers and a bit expensive at £12pp. Several MG's for sale including an MGTF.

Hope to make the Classic NEC show..............

Did you see that now if you have an incident on a motorway and spill oil, damage the road etc you get an invoice for expence recovery from the road mending company?

Well I have been in and out of hospital for a while now, nothing serious mainly trying to get to the bottom of my painful feet and I will be going back in next month for a minor op to remove the staple from my previous op, but this time round I wont be off my feet for months just a day if that

On a lighter note I have been busy with Metro's as I bought a GTi with a friend we have been doing a basic restoration putting it back to standard, well everything and then dropped a VVC in to create another little pocket rocket. Shall put some pics up once I have painted a few bits on it, going to do some track days in it and then sell it next year.
Also the past few weeks I have been working in the evenings on the pickup rebuilding it as it was very rotten in the bulkhead and chassis legs and also split in places but all done and I de-seamed and smoothed everything and then got it painted up today as I have to get it back on its wheels to move out of the garage by the end of the week ready for the B to come back from its respray

Oooh, does this mean that certain other projects are getting closer to being done, especially ones I have a vested interest in?
