Another thumbs up for our friendly local MGR specialist and a thank you for the care and attention you showed my car-he even didn't get any dirty fingerprints in the service book, he must have seen me coming

The ZS is going nowhere else now, especially for the money he charges-even with the drive from Bedfordshire I still save a packet over Brown & Gammons

If men do it for you...
P.S. my confused phone call earlier was due to the proper access holes on the front of the subframe being covered by tape, once I looked closer I worked out what I needed to do

Re: Martin @ Clifton
you will find that the majority of F/TF front subframe lower arm bolt access holes are taped up with the plastic caps only being fitted to the rear subframe, why they decided to do it this way round I will never know as it is the fronts you want better protection from the elements as the tape rips easily. Anyway its always worth getting spare plastic caps to fit on the front subframe

Re: Martin @ Clifton
Yeah I thought it was a strange approach-I was looking for a rubber bung or something so to see tape covered with 8 years of road dirt was a bit random!
All done now with the exception of a snapped subframe bolt to drill out, oh happy days!
