Re: Meeting on 1st December?
Yup! The general consensus was that the Christmas meet was too far away and it seems the SmS car boot sale is on again...
Re: Meeting on 1st December?
cool
I was wondering if we should have a change of venue as we are going to overstone later in the month.
Any thought?????

Re: Meeting on 1st December?
Well as we advertise our meeting place is Overstone Manor on the first Thursday, I for one will still be there. That was also one of the reasons it's still going on in the first place. Also, it's reserved as I kicked up a fuss when they forgot to last month! But if some want to go elsewhere, there's nowt to say you can't...
Re: Meeting on 1st December?
We can all make a decision not to have carvery on Dec 1st, then it will seem like we are somewhere different

Re: Meeting on 1st December?
Funnily, I almost suggested that. I'll probably go for the fish 'n' chips!
Re: Meeting on 1st December?
So you are going for something flambe instead of carvery?

Re: Meeting on 1st December?
Shockingly I may have to bring the ZS to this as the MGF is currently sitting in the garage minus a pair of front calipers!

There's always the Streetwise or you could ask Emma to pick you up in the 25!

What's up with them mate? I've got that set sitting at home if you're desperate? Can drop them up to you Saturday if needed. Got a spare seat tomorrow if you need one too, need directions though

Re: Meeting on 1st December?
Pistons are sticking in one of the calipers-going to rebuild/get them both rebuilt.
Have been using the ZS over the past few days and it's nice to have relative comfort, but not nice to fuel it...

Re: Meeting on 1st December?
Yup Rich, another great meet , we seem to be getting a regular turnout of 20 or so people. The only downside was heading home I overtook a line of lorries at "70 mph" and didn't spot the gritter at the front till the last minute! Hood down past the gritter and not one bit got inside the cabin, I had to clean the front of the car off when I got home though
Looking forward to the Christmas meet soon.
