The FRL website now has a sponsor form available to download. Click on the link to get a PDF colour version, print it off, fill in your name at the top and take to work/the pub/fat club or wherever you go and get some names on the list!
Once you're done collecting, follow the link to Lee's donation page and top up the total...
Simples!

Lee I did leave you a message over a week ago...
I wanted to ask about what if we are offered any cheques, either company or personal, do we accept them and if so who should they be made payable to?

Re: Friends Round London - 25th February 2012
I would think that the best thing would be to have them made out to yourself and then pay the cash. This would also have the benefit that you could claim gift aid on your whole donation as you're a taxpayer!jsmith wrote:Lee I did leave you a message over a week ago...

Re: Friends Round London - 25th February 2012
Well the sponsor forms are working well... I came into work this morning and mine is already up to £50!
Re: Friends Round London - 25th February 2012

Re: Friends Round London - 25th February 2012
Lee, I'll be collecting the money and paying it over to your Just Giving page in one payment. As it'll be in my name, I'll also go for gift aid too. The main reason for doing it this way as there are a few people who don't like doing money transfers online and I feel it's better to collect hard cash from them rather than lose their donation. I'm sure this'll be acceptable and it will still show in the FRL grand total...Lee121 wrote:Well done everyone......with regard to monies.....if they want to sponsor you, get them the link to the just giving page and reference for you!......that would work

Re: Friends Round London - 25th February 2012
Of course you are! You've been on the main list practically since the start...Aphrodite wrote:Am I still cool to join?
Trevor is on the list seperately still as he said he would definitely have his own car by then... Well, not long left to sort it now!

Re: Friends Round London - 25th February 2012
After discussions last night at the pub meet, I can reveal that we will be having a convoy down to South Mimms from our part of the country again. We will be meeting in the Little Chef Car park at Fenny Stratford again. The time will be 7pm or just before and Lee has stressed that we will have a strict departure time of 7.15pm as some of us will be involved in the car parking management at the services. It is hoped that we will have a section of either the HGV or Coach car park to make things easier all round.
Can all those wishing to join us on this convoy please add their names to this thread?

Sorry to hear that Marcus you have my sympathy, I have had a hernia op so I know what the recovery times are like. Just don't cough, sneeze, or laugh...
