Change of day/week for the new year? Empty Change of day/week for the new year?

Post  Rich 19/11/2010, 8:54 pm

At the November meeting we had a small discussion about moving the 'local' meeting time to enable a few more people to attend. Therefore, I have started this poll, based on the suggestions made and avoiding known clashes, so you can give your opinion.

Feel free to comment by adding to the thread too. Please ONLY VOTE if you DO want a change or want it to stay as it is. Don't vote if you're not bothered! Suspect

I've voted for first Thursday as it's easy to remeber and work out when the next meet is, but really almost any time is good for us.

Anyhow, that wasn't one of the options... The options were given based on the last meeting's discussions and Wednesday had already been ruled out! Cool

So who voted for the other options? From the posts it seems there is only one actually going for a change, but there's a vote for every option except the Tuesday move! Suspect

Me too Tony and the third Thursday clashes with a business trip I have to make to London hence I haven't been attending recently.

Why would there be a meeting tomorrow? It's the second Thursday of the month! We're moving from third to the first... And you're right, there's no normal meeting because the Christmas one is taking it's place. Now go and have a lay down Matt Laugh my a**e off!
